oyster miso soup

Oyster sauce, miso
Ingredients:

  1.  250 gr fresh oysters, wash out 
  2. 100 gr fresh oyster mushrooms 
  3. 2 stalk green onion, cut into 
  4. 150 g spinach, cut
Mayonnaise:
  1. 750 ml soy milk 
  2. 2 SDK eat yellow miso 
  3. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 
  4. 20 gr onions, finely chopped 
  5. 75 ml Japanese soy sauce 
  6. 1 teaspoon pepper powder 
  7. 1 SDK tea sugar
Method:
  1. Prepare the pan, put all sauce ingredients 
  2. Cook over low heat until boiling 
  3. enter fresh oysters, simmer until cooked 
  4. Add mushrooms, spinach and onions dun 
  5. Boil until tender 
  6. Serve
