young corn soup

Ingredients:
  1. 3 pieces of young corn (sliced ​​- sliced​​) 
  2. 2 eggs chicken300 g 
  3. Carrots (thinly - sliced​​) 
  4. 300 gr Cauliflowers (thinly - sliced​​) 
  5. 100 gr minced beef 
  6. LBR Leaves 3 onions (thinly - sliced​​)  
  7. 1 stalk celery (sliced ​​- sliced​​) 
  8. 5 cloves red onion (thinly - sliced​​) 
  9. 2 cloves garlic (thinly - sliced​​) 
  10. Salt, nutmeg and pepper to taste 
  11. Sufficient water
Cooking:
  1. Saute onion, garlic, nutmeg, pepper and ground beef until fragrant. 
  2. Enter the water, add baby corn, carrots, cauliflower, green onion and celery. 
  3. When vegetables are cooked, put the beaten eggs into it. 
  4. Stir until egg is mixed with vegetables. 
  5. If the egg looks cooked, remove and serve hot - hot.
