Siomay
Ingredients:
- 500 g mashed fish meat tengiri
- 100 gr sago flour
- 1 tsp ginger Water
- 1 / 2 pepper powder
- 1 / 2 tsp fine sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil if desired
- 1 tbsp Ebi disangan and soaked (for easy software)
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients, stirring until blended and smooth, balutkan on the remaining tofu and boiled eggs round it off according to taste.
- Steamed siomai in the steamer until done, if you like add the cabbage is rolled up and pare (to be filled with dumplings)
Peanut sauce:
- 250 grams fried peanuts
- 3 cloves garlic fried
- 4 red chilies deseeded fried
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
