Siomay

Ingredients:
  1. 500 g mashed fish meat tengiri 
  2. 100 gr sago flour 
  3. 1 tsp ginger Water 
  4. 1 / 2 pepper powder 
  5. 1 / 2 tsp fine sugar 
  6. 1 tsp sesame oil if desired 
  7. 1 tbsp Ebi disangan and soaked (for easy software) 
  8. Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients, stirring until blended and smooth, balutkan on the remaining tofu and boiled eggs round it off according to taste. 
  2. Steamed siomai in the steamer until done, if you like add the cabbage is rolled up and pare (to be filled with dumplings) 
Peanut sauce:
  1. 250 grams fried peanuts
  2. 3 cloves garlic fried 
  3. 4 red chilies deseeded fried 
  4. 1 tablespoon sugar 
  5. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 
  6. 400 ml boiled water 
  7. Limo orange soy sauce and taste. 
  8. Blend all ingredients with pulverized or dibleder until smooth except soy sauce and orange limo.
